Super yummy!! Ingredients:
1 avocado |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
4 zucchini, spiralized or cut into strips with veggie peeler |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1 cup sweet cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips |
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend or mash avocado & lemon juice together and pour over zucchini noodles. 2. Throw the rest of the ingredients in & toss. ENJOY! |
