This is one of the most delicious breads that you will ever eat. It is very tasty and easy to prepare, and I know that you will enjoy it! Sheila shared it with us. Please give it a try. It is great! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup oil |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
2 -3 cups zucchini (peeled & grated) |
3 teaspoons vanilla |
3 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
3 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs. 2. Add oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. 3. Mix lightly but well. 4. Add other ingredients. 5. Beat well. 6. Bake in greased loaf pans at 325 for 1 hour. 7. Yields 2 loaves. 8. Freezes well. |
