A chickpea free hummus that tastes great. You may also divide this recipe up and make different flavors-It makes a lot. Ingredients:
24 ounce zucchini, chopped |
1 cup tahini |
1/3 cup lime juice, fresh |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 garlic cloves |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp cumin |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a vitamix and blend until smooth. 2. It would probably work in a regular blender because the consistency is thinner than regular hummus. 3. You may also need to adjust with more oil or lime juice to taste |
