I found this on rawfreedomcommunity.info I have not tried it yet, and do not know for sure how many servings there are or how long it takes to prepare.
Ingredients:
2 cups peeled zucchini, chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 lemons, juice of
3/4 cup ground sesame seeds
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
cayenne
Directions:
1. Blend all of the ingredients in food processor.

3. Add red bell pepper and/or sundried tomatoes.
