I found this on rawfreedomcommunity.info I have not tried it yet, and do not know for sure how many servings there are or how long it takes to prepare. Ingredients:
2 cups peeled zucchini, chopped |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
1 1/2 lemons, juice of |
3/4 cup ground sesame seeds |
3/4 teaspoon sea salt |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
cayenne |
Directions:
1. Blend all of the ingredients in food processor. 2. Variations:. 3. Add red bell pepper and/or sundried tomatoes. |
