No bean hummus recipe Ingredients:
2 zucchini, peeled |
3/4 cup raw tahini |
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup olive oil |
4 garlic cloves |
2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt |
1/2 tablespoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender or food processor. Serve w/pita chips or raw veggies. |
