this bread is very light and the moisture from the zucchini makes the dough rise to the size of a 2 lb loaf Ingredients:
3/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 1/2 tablespoons oil |
1 cup shredded zucchini (4 oz) |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to bread machine in this order. 2. cook on basic cycle. |
