I'm a huge hummus fan, and this dip tastes similar to hummus, thanks to the tahini. Very addictive! Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini, unpeeled, cut into chunks |
1/4 cup olive oil |
4 -8 garlic cloves |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
3/4 cup tahini |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, and process until desired consistency. 2. Serve with tostitos, chips, or raw veggies. |
