This recipe was given to me by a motherly mentor when I was just begining my family. It is a great tasting recipe that is sure to please even fickle eaters. Its also a great way to include that garden zucchini into something your children WILL eat! Ingredients:

2 cups shredded zucchini |
3/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup shredded coconut |
1 cup powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
