Easy. Ingredients:
4 zucchini, stem until crunch tender, about 5 minutes. |
1/2 t basil, or to taste |
mushrooms, 1 carton sliced |
1/4 c water |
8 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place stemed zucchini in a 9x13 casserole. 3. Add water. 4. Sprinkle with basil. 5. Add sliced sliced mushrooms. 6. Add most of the cheese and toss, (leave some to sprinkle on top). 7. Bake until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. |
