Top this with cream cheese frosting for a special treat. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/3 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
4 eggs |
2 cups shredded zucchini |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Combine oil and eggs with vanilla; add to dry ingredients, mix well. 3. Add zucchini, stir until combined well. 4. Fold in walnuts. 5. Place in greased 13x9 baking pan. 6. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes, or until pick comes out clean. |
