2 cups shredded zucchini |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup oil |
2 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup nuts, optional |
Directions:
1. Mix together, bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. 2. Bake on 325* for 25- 30 minutes. |
