Directions:
1. Beat eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla till lemon colored and thick. 2. Stir in: zucchini 3. add: sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder and mix well by hand 4. Fold in 5. Walnuts and Raisins 6. Bake in Greased loaf pans for 1 hour 350 degrees. 7. Cool in pans 10 minutes |
