3 eggs |
1 c. canola oil |
2 c. sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated |
3 c. flour |
1 tsp. salt |
3 tsp. cinnamon |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1/4 tsp. baking powder |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients and pour into two greased baking pans. Bake for 50 minutes at 350. |
