2 cup zucchini |
1 3/4 cup sugar |
3 cup flour |
3 tsp vanilla |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp ground cloves |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 cup canola oil |
1/2 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. combine eggs, grated zucchini, oil, and vanilla 2. add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and flour 3. mix well 4. add nuts and mix again 5. put in two greased and floured loaf pans at 325 for 1 hour 6. 7 slices each loaf for nutritional information to be correct for each serving |
