from my MIL Ingredients:
2 cups grated zucchini |
2 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup oil |
3 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup drained crushed pineapple |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil together. 2. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well. 3. Add in zucchini and pineapple. Mix until combined. 4. Pour into greased bread pans. 5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
