3 eggs, beaten |
2 cups white sugar |
1 cup cooking oil |
3 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups zucchini, grated |
3 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend dry ingredients in large bowl. 2. Mix all wet ingredients in 2nd large bowl. 3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and blend together. 4. Add chopped nuts. 5. Put into 2 greased loaf pans. 6. Bake 350°F 45 minutes or until done when tested with a toothpick. |
