Squash with crumbled bacon
Ingredients:
3 small to medium yellow squash
3 small to medium zucchini
1/2 lb sliced bacon
4 cloves grushed garlic
2 large onions sliced
Directions:
1. Fry up all the bacon in an electric skillet, remove and set aside
2. slice squash and onions to 1/4 inck thick
3. add to skillet along with garlic rotating the squash's and onion with each layer
4. cook at 300 degree's keep covered except when turning
5. Cook until most of the liquid is gone
6. crumble up and add the bacon
