zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, cloves garlic, canned whole tomato, rosemary, crushed red pepper cvt
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 red onion
3 cloves garlic (or more)
29 ounces (canned) diced tomatoes
1 tbs. rosemary (fresh )
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Slice zucchini onion and garlic thinly. Put in large saucepan.
2. Cut tomato into bite-size chunks. Add rosemary and red pepper.
3. Heat for 15-30 minutes to give flavors time to meld together.
4. Serve over pasta.
