The turkey seasons the vegetables. Ingredients:
1/2 cup zucchini, sliced |
1/4 cup red bell peppers, sliced |
2 serving turkey bacon |
2 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Chop the turkey bacon into bite-sized pieces; Saute a few minutes. Add the vegetables and saute until crisp. 2. Whisk the egg whites. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add the egg whites to the mixture. Cook until opaque. |
