Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 regular pita bread, cut in half
Directions:
1. Spray large pan lightly with cooking spray. Brown turkey and onions over medium-high heat until turkey is cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients (except pitas). Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes. This serves 4 meals.
