1 lb ground turkey |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 stalks celery, diced |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 regular pita bread, cut in half |
Directions:
1. Spray large pan lightly with cooking spray. Brown turkey and onions over medium-high heat until turkey is cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients (except pitas). Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes. This serves 4 meals. |
