Zone Chili recipe without veggie crumbles as Recipes analyzer could not recognize it. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 cup yellow onion, minced |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 cup salsa |
1/4 cup kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
Directions:
1. Stir it all together and simmer for 20 min. Be sure to add 4.5 oz of browned ground beef or 1 cup veggie protien crumbles to the pot. |
