Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Directions:
1. Stir it all together and simmer for 20 min. Be sure to add 4.5 oz of browned ground beef or 1 cup veggie protien crumbles to the pot.
