A potent cocktail for the warmer months. Ingredients:
15 ml white jamaican rum |
15 ml golden jamaican rum |
15 ml dark jamaican rum |
15 ml apricot brandy |
30 ml papaya nectar |
60 ml pineapple juice |
10 ml grenadine |
15 ml overproof rum |
ice cube |
1 pineapple, wedge |
2 maraschino cherries |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except overproof rum in mixing jug. Stir well. 2. Strain into a tall glass, holding back the ice cubes. 3. Top with overproof rum and garnish with pineapple wedge and the cherries. |
