Great Italian dressing that I combined for a antipasti salad. The cayenne pepper gives it a kick. My family loves it! Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup white wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon jarred pesto sauce |
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper |
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid; cover and shake to mix thoroughly. 2. Let stand at least 2 hours to blend seasonings. 3. Shake well before using. 4. Great for lettuce salad, antipasti and for a chicken marinade. |
