Red chili sauce, not beans. Ingredients:
1 cup 2% fat cottage cheese |
1/3 cup chili sauce |
2 green onions, thinly sliced (including tops) |
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
crisp raw vegetables, for dipping |
Directions:
1. Process cottage cheese and chili sauce in a food processor or blender until smooth, scraping down sides. 2. Stir in onions, horseradish, and cayenne. 3. Cover, and chill to let flavors blend. 4. Serve with vegetables for dipping. |
