Zippy Chili Cheese Dip

Red chili sauce, not beans.
Ingredients:
1 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup chili sauce
2 green onions, thinly sliced (including tops)
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
crisp raw vegetables, for dipping
Directions:
1. Process cottage cheese and chili sauce in a food processor or blender until smooth, scraping down sides.
2. Stir in onions, horseradish, and cayenne.
3. Cover, and chill to let flavors blend.
4. Serve with vegetables for dipping.
