Ingredients:
5 eggs |
3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
3/4 cup picante sauce |
assorted cracker |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat eggs; add cheeses. 2. Pour half into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. 3. Spoon the picante sauce over top. 4. Top with remaining egg mixture. 5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. 6. Let stand for 15 minutes. 7. Cut into 1 inch squares. 8. Makes about 9 1/2 dozen. |
