I made the dressing to eat on avocados. It is equally good with the avocados mixed into the dressing and eaten on a mixed green salad or with other dishes. Ingredients:
1 large very ripe avocado, peeled and mashed |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup salsa |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. 2. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers. |
