Zippy Artichoke Spinach Dip

Great party dip. Lots of requests when having family get togethers.
Ingredients:
2 jalapenos, finely minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 (4 ounce) can green diced chilies
1/4 cup sliced black olives ((or more)
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese
1/4-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 (9 ounce) bag spinach, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. Mix all but 1/2c shredded cheese blend.
2. Bake in 8 by 10 dish at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top and bake additional 10 minutes.
