A very unusual way to make corn on the cob. Ingredients:
1 ear of corn |
2 tbl lemon juice |
red pepper to taste |
need a gas stove (have not tried on electric... but might work) |
Directions:
1. Make sure corn is shucked and silk free 2. Wash corn 3. Cook corn directly on the eye of stove, rotating the corn until brown all over (do not over cook...should still be able to see the color of the corn) 4. Coat with lemon juice and dust with red pepper 5. Chow down! |
