This Argentinian herb sauce is a classic topping for grilled beef. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups finely chopped red onion |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano |
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Combine onion, vinegar, oregano, olive oil, red pepper, kosher salt, and minced garlic in a small bowl; let stand 30 minutes. Stir in cilantro. |
