32 ounces spaghetti squash |
1 1/2 cups chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup celery, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
8 ounces sliced mushrooms |
3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes |
2/3 cup dry white wine |
1 teaspoon dried fennel seed |
1 1/2 teaspoons basil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
salt and black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
