An easy to prepare side. This was a clipping from a magazine Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 teaspoons chili seasoning mix |
1 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400°F 2. Spray a jelly roll pan (15 X10 X1-inch) with no stick cooking spray. 3. Scrub and dry potatoes; DO NOT peel. 4. Cut each into six lengthwise wedges. 5. In a small bowl stir together butter and seasoning mix; brush on potato wedges. 6. Place on prepared pan. 7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. 8. Serve with salsa. |
