Zesty Stuffed Mussels

Found this in a seafood cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh mussels
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Brush mussels under cold running water.
2. Remove beards and discard.
3. Steam mussels 3-5 minutes or until they open.
4. Remove half of shell.
5. Let cool.
6. Mix remaining ingredients.
7. Spoon 1/2 tsp over each mussel.
