Found this in a seafood cookbook. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh mussels |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon dry white wine |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Brush mussels under cold running water. 2. Remove beards and discard. 3. Steam mussels 3-5 minutes or until they open. 4. Remove half of shell. 5. Let cool. 6. Mix remaining ingredients. 7. Spoon 1/2 tsp over each mussel. |
