Spicy, saucy skillet supper, so easy to do! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans |
1/2 cup rice |
1 cup salsa |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown beef in large skillet with cover. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Mix well. 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. 6. Sprinkle with cheese. 7. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes. |
