Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese |
1 cup tomato ketchup |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
4 sliced green onions |
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper |
1/4 cup finely chopped celery |
1/8-1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste |
1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled,deveined,chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine cheese with ketchup, lemon juice, green onions, red pepper, celery and hot pepper sauce. 2. Stir in shrimp. 3. Cover and chill. 4. Serve with crackers or pita chips. |
