I added some garlic. Everyone loves it. Great with the parmesan garlic tortilla chips. Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, diced |
6 green onions, chopped |
1 cup finely shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained |
1 t chopped garlic |
1/4 cup italian salad dressing |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. |
