It is really easy to prepare and oh so yummy. Ingredients:
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 -2 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
1 tablespoon diced pimento (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients: mix well. 2. Shape into four patties. In a skillet over medium heat,cook patties in butter until browned, about 6 minutes on each side. |
