                    These are so good! I don't feel a pinch guilty about snacking on these baked radish chips between meals or with a sandwich. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                4 large radishes, washed  |  
                                                1/4 tsp sea salt  |  
                                                1/4 tsp garlic powder  |  
                                                1/4 tsp cayenne pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Wash radishes. Carefully remove tops and bottoms to crate flat surfaces. 2. Preheat oven to 275 F. 3. Slice thinly using a mandoline...be careful! I put mine on the thinnest option available, because I like my chips extra crisp! I do not recommend going thicker that 1/8  4. Line a baking sheet with foil. 5. Arrange radish slices on sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle evenly with salt, garlic, and cayenne. 6. Bake until crispy and lightly golden, stirring once to ensure even baking. 7.
