This is not your ordinary potato salad. It is MUCH better than your ordinary potato salad. The combination of the green beans is a plus. Can't go wrong with this delight. Enjoy. Ingredients:
2 pounds red skinned potatoes cut into cubes, cooked, drained and cooled |
1/4 cup instant dry milk |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup dijon-style mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
2 cups green bean pieces |
1 cup chopped red bell pepper |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
lettuce leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine dry milk, water, mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl until well mixed. 2. Combine potatoes, green beans, bell pepper and onions in large bowl then add milk dressing and toss well to coat. 3. Serve immediately over lettuce leaves. |
