Goes great with seafood or steak. Add shredded chicken or grilled shrimp to make this a main dish. Ingredients:
one 16 oz pkg angel hair pasta, cooked, drained, and cooled |
one 4 oz jar sliced pimientos, drained |
8 green onions, chopped |
one 2.25 oz can, or 1/4 cup, sliced black olives, drained |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons steak seasoning salt (example: mccormick's grill mates montreal steak seasoning) |
3 tablespoons mayonaise |
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
pepper |
dash of hot sauce (example tobasco) |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, pimientos, onions and olives. In a small bowl whisk the oil, steak seasoning salt, mayonaise, lemon juice, pepper to taste and Tobasco sauce until well blended. Pour over pasta. |
