Easy and great for spring/summer cook-outs. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs new potatoes, quartered |
1/2 cup miracle whip |
1/4 cup sliced green onion |
4 teaspoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons honey |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and rinse with cold water. 2. Mix dressing, onion, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in large bowl. 3. Add potatoes; mix gently. 4. Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled. |
