Great recipe with things you probably already have in your fridge and cabinets. Prep time includes marinating time. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons white vinegar |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 bay leaf |
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each) |
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients. 2. Add chicken, seal bag and turn to coat. 3. Refrigerate for 4-8 hours, turning occasionally. 4. Drain and discard marinade. 5. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. |
