I was looking for a fast and easy recipe for chicken. Perfect for OMAC. I have loosley based this from a recipe I found in the Cooking Light archives. Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and stir marinade well. |
