                    I used to make this when I was a poor student. Great fast and easy meatless dish. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (14 1/2 ounce) stewed tomatoes, undrained  |  
                                                2 cups frozen whole kernel corn  |  
                                                1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained  |  
                                                1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained  |  
                                                1 teaspoon oregano  |  
                                                2 teaspoons chili powder  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon cumin  |  
                                                salt and pepper  |  
                                                hot cooked rice  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, corn, beans, chiles, oregano, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. 2. Cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until corn is tender, stirring occasionally. 3.
