I think you will be amazed at how good this is....Its zesty and full of flavor...This is good cooked in a crock pot. Ingredients:
1 medium onion, finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
2 cans chili without beans (15 ounces each) |
2 cups salsa |
2 packages cream cheese, cubed (3 oz each) |
2 cans olives, sliced and drained (2 1/4 each) |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. 2. Transfer to a slow cooker. 3. Stir in the chili, salsa, cream cheese, and olives 4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated throughly, stirring occasionally. 5. This makes about 6 cups of dip. 6. Serve with tortilla chips... |
