different spin on carrots Ingredients:
1 lb. carrots |
1/4 tsp. salt |
2 tbs. grated onion |
2 tbs horseradish |
1/2 cup light mayoniase |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. ground pepper |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup bread crumbs |
1 tbs. melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Cut carrots into thin strips 3. Cook carrots in salted water untill tender {5-8 minutes} 4. Place carrots into 8 inch square pan greased 5. Mix together onion ,horseradish, mayoniase,salt,pepper,water 6. Pour over carrots 7. Saute bread crumbs in butter 8. Sprinkle over carrots 9. Bake untill throughly heated and topping starts to brown. |
