Ingredients:
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons margarine |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed tomato soup |
1/4 cup water |
2 (16 ounce) cans butter beans, drained |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. In saucepan cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Simmer a few minutes to blend flavors. 4. Stir occasionally. |
