Nice broccoli slaw side dish for bbq's and picnics. Use less hot sauce if you want a little less zesty. Ingredients:
1/4c low-fat greek yogurt |
1/4c mayonaisse |
2 tbs choppped fresh cilantro |
2 tsp hot pepper sauce |
1 tsp granulated sugar |
1 lime,zested and juiced |
1 bag (12oz) broccoli-slaw blend |
1/2c thinly sliced red onion |
1 stalk celery,sliced |
1 pkg (8oz) shelled edamame |
Directions:
1. In large bowl,combine first five ingredients,1Tbs lime juice and 1Tbs lime zest. Season with 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp pepper,if desired 2. Add remaining ingredients to dressing;toss gently to coat 3. Spoon slaw into cabbage-lined bowl,if desired. Chill 1 hour. |
