A creamy chessy broccoli casserole that gets it zesty flavor from a tablespoon of horseradish. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli or |
2-3 crowns of fresh broccoli |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 egg beaten |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tbs horseradish |
2 tbs melted butter |
1/4 cup cracker crumbs |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; dreain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise, and horseradish; stir into broccoli. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole 2. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
