Modified Weight Watchers soup. Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 medium onion, diced |
2 medium carrots, diced |
1 stalk celery, diced |
2 cups green cabbage, diced |
1 cup mixed greens |
32 oz. organic chicken broth |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
2 t. fresh lemon |
Directions:
1. Sweat garlic, onion, carrot and celery. Add broth and remaining ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes. |
