Tasty breakfast doughnuts. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ricotta cheese |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups flour |
vegetable oil (for frying) |
2 eggs |
8 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingreidents . 2. Combine wet ingredients. 3. Mix wet and dry but don't over mix as it tends to become tough. 4. Heat vegetable oil to hot. 5. Drop in tablespoons of the zepoli. 6. Fry for 4-5 mins till lightly browned. |
